Meze Plate with Trio of Hommus + Baba Ganuj

     Trio of hommus – Arlingtons Famous, Beetroot & Thai Chilli Lime Hommus

    Arlingtons Baba Ganuj

   Arlingtons Afghani Dip-ins

    Marinated artichoke hearts in oil, drained

    Grilled baby octapus

    Green salad (romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, parsley & fetta cheese)

    Diced and dressed cucumbers

    Fried purle cauliflower and beans

    Melitzanosalata (eggplant salad)

    Kalamata olives, gigantic green Siscilian, or olives of all sorts

    Greek sheep, goat or cow cheeses (fetta, etc.)

    Fava beans

    Focaccia or flatbread, toasted or griddled 

    Marinated, fried or grilled Haloumi cheese

    Dolmathes or grilled stuffed grape leaves

    Char-grilled capsicums

    Prosciutto ham, salami and cold meats

    Country sausage or meatballs

    Lamb skewers

    Battered fried zucchini

    Spinach & cheese filos or squares of meat beoreg

    Drizzle Hommus & Baba Ganuj with olive oil, lemon juice or basil oil

    Handful of flat leaf parsley as garnish

Method
 
There are no directions on how to put it together – except to pay attention to the presentation and make each dish look appertising. The little dishes will provide a wonderful variety of flavour and texture sensations.
