Golden Split Banana Tapioca Brian’s quick and simple dessert recipe that’s absolutely devine! The closest thing to sunset on an exotic beach in South-East Asia. (pictured above)
Ingredients (serves 2)
Arlingtons Coconut Tapioca 200g 1 ripe banana, peeled and split down centre 1 cup golden syrup
Method
1.Gently heat golden syrup in non-stick frying pan
2.Place split banana on top of warmed golden syrup, slowely heat through until caralemised.
3.Serve on a bed of warm or cool Arlingtons Coconut Tapioca.
Optional garnish: toasted shredded coconut, toasted seseame seeds, toasted flaked almond, ice cream.. serve in a half coconut! |
