Our famous Baba Ganuj is back !  
 
Back by popular demand is our real Baba Ganuj eggplant dip. Made with fresh oven roasted eggplant with a beautiful smokey taste, blended with tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and spices; it carries the authentic flavour of its arabic origins. 

Baba Ganuj is mainly seved as a dip; a great starter or appetiser perfect served with a drizzle of olive oil on top with an accompaniment of Arlingtons Afghani Dip-ins. Also makes a wonderful side dish, served with veggies. It makes for a great spread, either as an alternative to margarine in wraps and sandwiches, or simply spread on top of warm, crusty bread.
